Article 1 – Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to any order placed on www.claireiglesias.com. They govern the relationship between Claire Iglesias (the "Seller") and any individual or professional customer (the "Buyer" or "Customer") placing an order on the site to purchase the products listed for sale (the "Products").

By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions in full, and confirms having read and agreed to them by ticking the relevant box before completing their order.

Claire Iglesias reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of changes, the version in effect at the time of the order shall apply.

Article 2 – Products

Product descriptions are provided on the website. Customers are responsible for reviewing them before purchase. Photographs and styling images are not contractual — colours and textures may vary depending on screen settings and lighting. If a product does not meet your expectations, please contact me at hello@claireiglesias.com.

Claire Iglesias reserves the right to modify her product range at any time.

Article 3 – Orders

Orders can only be placed once the user has registered on the site. The user must provide a valid delivery address, shipping method, and payment method to finalise the order and form a purchase agreement with the Seller. Completing an order implies acceptance of the product prices and the delivery terms and timescales indicated on the site.

Article 4 – Shipping

Orders are processed within 10 to 15 business days. Some products are made to order — this applies to woven blankets and art prints, which may require an additional 10 to 15 days. This timeframe does not include postal delivery times, which vary by carrier. Estimated delivery times are:

• 2 to 4 business days for mainland France

• 7 to 15 business days for international orders

Orders are shipped with tracking, and a tracking number is provided for each order. Delivery does not require a signature.

Claire Iglesias ships to mainland France, Corsica, French overseas territories, and internationally. Shipping times, conditions, and rates may vary depending on the destination. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (excluding customs duties). Any customs fees are the responsibility of the Customer.

Article 5 – Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with French law, the Customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of the order, except for products listed under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller will refund all amounts paid by the Customer within 14 days of receiving the returned products, with the exception of return shipping costs.

For all orders placed on this site, the Customer has 14 days from delivery to submit a complaint. To do so, please contact hello@claireiglesias.com with details of your concerns.

Products returned under the right of withdrawal or complaint must be sent back by the Customer at their own expense, in their original packaging and condition.

In the event of a damaged product, the Customer has 15 days from delivery to submit a claim, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damage.

Article 6 – Pricing

All prices are listed in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes. Claire Iglesias reserves the right to update prices at any time, but commits to applying the price in effect at the time of the order. No discount that has expired at the time of the order may be claimed.

Article 7 – Payment

Unless otherwise specified, all orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods:

• Credit / debit card

• PayPal

Article 8 – Legal Warranties

In accordance with Articles L217-4 and L217-5 of the French Consumer Code and Article 1641 of the French Civil Code, all products sold by the Seller are covered by:

• The legal warranty of conformity, for products that are defective, damaged, or do not match the order

• The legal warranty against hidden defects arising from material, design, or manufacturing faults that render the products unfit for use

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

All content on www.claireiglesias.com is the exclusive intellectual property of Claire Iglesias and is protected under French intellectual property law. Any full or partial reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an act of infringement.

Article 10 – Personal Data

Registration on the site involves the processing of the Customer's personal data (name, address, payment details, etc.) for the purpose of fulfilling their order. If the Customer objects to this processing, they are advised not to use the site.

Personal data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.

Article 11 – Modifications

The Seller reserves the right to modify the site, these Terms and Conditions, and any delivery or service procedures at any time. Orders are governed by the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time they are placed.

Article 12 – Security & Confidentiality

The Seller implements technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction. However, the Seller cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmission or storage over the internet.

Article 13 – Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of any dispute, only the French version of these Terms and Conditions shall be considered authoritative.

Article 14 – Disputes

For any complaint, please contact customer service at the postal or email address listed above. Any dispute arising from a purchase made under these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably or through mediation will be submitted to the competent courts under applicable French law.
