Handmade Rugs

Last year I needed a new rug for my daughter’s room. I couldn’t find something fun and not too girly for her so I decided to do it myself… with the lockstitch technique!

It was sooo long, I couldn’t see the end of it.

So I searched the internet for a quicker technique and I found the tufting gun. It was so great I had to try!

I used a terrazzo pattern for the first one and a checkered pattern for the second one.

I already have a ton of ideas for the next ones!
